§ 94-191. Confidentiality of critical information.

When requested by the user furnishing a report or permit application or questionnaire, the portions of the report or other document that might disclose trade secrets or secret processes shall not be made available for use by the village or any state agency in judicial review or enforcement proceedings involving the person furnishing the report.
