§ 86-54. Engineering data.

  • (a)

    Following approval of the preliminary plat and prior to submittal of a final plat the subdivider shall furnish to the village engineer the following engineering data pertaining to utilities and improvements in the plat as is pertinent and as requested by the engineer:

    (1)

    Plan and profiles showing existing and established grades for all streets, alleys, public rights-of-way and proposed buildings.

    (2)

    Plan and profiles of all storm sewers, culverts and surface water drainage facilities.

    (3)

    Plan and profiles of all sanitary sewers, including one sanitary sewer lateral per lot to run to lot lines.

    (4)

    Plan and profiles of all water distribution lines, including stop boxes and appurtenances, including one water lateral per lot to run to lot line.

    (5)

    Complete subdivision grading plan showing contour lines of existing land at two-foot intervals, proposed grades of all buildings and all lot corners, and design of waterways to properly drain the lots.

    (b)

    All such plans and profiles shall be approved by the village engineer before the final plat shall be deemed acceptable for filing.
