§ 86-4. Jurisdiction.

Jurisdiction of these regulations shall include all lands within the corporate limits of the village as well as the unincorporated area within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the Village of Kewaskum. The Village of Kewaskum has elected to approve plats, minor land divisions and condominium developments under its extraterritorial plat approval jurisdiction as provided in ch. 236, and §§ 66.0105 and 703.27(1), Wis. Stats.
