§ 6-7. Providing to minors.

No person shall procure any fermented malt beverages for, dispense or give away any fermented malt beverages to any person under the legal drinking age not accompanied by his parent, guardian or spouse who has attained the legal drinking age, or procure any intoxicating liquor for, dispense or give away any intoxicating liquor to any person under the legal drinking age.
