§ 6-4. Possession or drinking of malt beverages or intoxicating liquors on public ways.
Latest version.
No person shall purchase intoxicating liquor or fermented malt beverage by glass or
in open containers except for consumption on the licensed premises, and no person
shall be in possession of any glass or open container containing intoxicating liquor
or fermented malt beverage or drink from the same on any public way, street, sidewalk,
boulevard, parkway, safety zone, alley or parking lot, or on and/or in any motor vehicle
parked on a public way, street, alley or parking lot.
