Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 62-4. Discharge of fireworks restricted and sale of fireworks prohibited.
(a)
Definitions. "Fireworks" are defined as set forth in § 167.10(1), Wis. Stats., which is adopted here by reference.
(b)
Possession and use. The possession and use of fireworks is prohibited in the Village of Kewaskum except as permitted in § 167.10(3)(b)(1), Wis. Stats., which is adopted here by reference.
(c)
Sale. Sale of fireworks is prohibited in the Village of Kewaskum.
(d)
[Exceptions.] This section shall not apply to the possession of fireworks by persons transporting fireworks to a city, town, village or county where the possession of the fireworks is authorized by permit or ordinance, providing such person does not remain in the Village of Kewaskum for a period exceeding 12 hours.
