§ 58-118. Disposal of trees.

  • All trees cut down pursuant to notice shall be cut into lengths and placed, in an orderly fashion, for removal and disposal by the village at village expense. The large end of branches should be placed toward the street and at the curb, and small sticks and brush should be bundled together. The pile should not be over two feet in height, and no longer than eight feet in length, with a gap of at least four feet between stacks of brush.
