§ 46-64. Outside employment prohibited.

No regular, full-time member of the police department shall engage in other employment or business except with the consent of the chief of police, who may grant such permission if it appears to his satisfaction that such outside employment will not interfere with the performance of the officer's duties as a member of the police department of the village.
