§ 2-64. Order of business.

The business of the board shall be conducted in the following order:

(1)

Call to order and roll call; moment of silence and pledge of allegiance.

(2)

Approval of minutes of prior meeting.

(3)

Appearances by citizens.

(4)

Public hearings.

(5)

Opening of sealed bids.

(6)

Report of department heads (village officers).

(7)

Report of standing committees; presentation of claims.

(8)

Unfinished business.

(9)

New business.

(10)

Public comment.

(11)

Adjournment.
