§ 2-34. Removals.

(a)

Elected officials. Elected officials may be removed by the village board as provided in § 17.13(2), Wis. Stats., or by the judge of the circuit court for cause pursuant to § 17.13(3), Wis. Stats., or as provided by § 17.16, Wis. Stats.

(b)

Appointed officials. Appointed officials may be removed as provided in §§ 17.13(1), (3) and 17.16, Wis. Stats.
