§ 22-6. Contest of validity.

A grantee agrees by acceptance of a franchise that it will not at any time set up against the village in a claim for proceeding any condition or term of the franchise as unreasonable, arbitrary or void, or that the village had no power or authority to make such term or condition, but shall be required to accept the validity of the terms and conditions of the franchise in their entirety.
