§ 22-10. Description of the system.

(a)

A village cable system shall be at least 450 MHz in bandwidth when newly built, rebuilt or significantly upgraded.

(b)

A grantee shall, upon request of the village, provide a complete written description of the cable system in the village. Such written description shall be updated as substantial changes are made.
