§ 14-368. Building permit required.

(a)

No satellite dish antennas shall be erected within this village without first obtaining a permit from the building inspector.

(b)

Applications for permit shall be accompanied by sufficient information to allow the building inspector adequate review of the proposed installation to ensure compliance with this article.

(c)

Any person feeling himself aggrieved by this article or decision of the building inspector may appeal to the community zoning board of appeals.

(d)

The fee for a permit required by this article shall be as set forth from time-to-time by the village board.
